I Got A New Flip Camera

Perhaps this might seem curious to create a Hubpage about a Christmas present...

However, please understand that this is probably the best present that  I have ever received!

Just yesterday, I took my new flip camera to the golf course (my son beat me yesterday for the very first time). What an experience enhancer my new video camera is.

We each took turns capturing shots of our golf swings. No big deal, you say... but, today I can look back on that experience as it is saved forever... and can be replayed over and over.

Oh yeah, I can also create movies from the separate video clips and automatically upload the finished product to Youtube, Myspace, Facebook and other places that I haven't ever tried yet.

How neat it is to be able to send an email to my son that includes a link to a Youtube movie of our golf swings! Unbelievable stuff for making my life more super!

I have inserted one of the first movies that I made using the Flip camera software (this software is already installed inside the camera, so when I plug the camera into my laptop, two things happen:

1. the software is downloaded to my computer and it starts running to upload video tracks from the flip camera to the comuter

2. my camera's battery is automatically being charged as long as it is plugged into my computer.
